IFB-TT-7012 Concrete Force Account - 2007 CONCRETE FORCE ACCOUNT

Summary of Specifications:
This project includes all labor, materials, equipment and incidentals necessary to complete the removal and replacement of existing concrete items and the new construction of various concrete items. These include, but are not limited to, curbwalk; curb and gutter; 6” thick flatwork; 10” thick flatwork, pavement and crosspans; driveways; curb ramps with truncated domes; grading; asphalt patching and traffic control. This contract also includes concrete repair work at Ken Pratt Boulevard/Hover Street and 3rd Avenue/Atwood Street. The contract may be renewed for an additional two years, upon agreement of both parties. 

A PRE-BID CONFERENCE will be held at 9:00 a.m., January 31, 2007, at the Service Center (address above). The last day for questions is February 2, 2007. If needed, the last addendum will be issued February 5, 2007.
