IFB-TT-8007 Concrete Repair Program - 2008 MISCELLANEOUS CONCRETE REPAIR PROGRAM

Summary of Specifications:
This project includes all labor, materials, equipment and incidentals necessary to complete the removal and replacement of existing concrete items and the new construction of various concrete items. These include, but are not limited to, curbwalk; curb and gutter; 6” thick flatwork; 10” thick flatwork, pavement and crosspans; driveways; curb ramps with truncated domes; grading; asphalt patching and traffic control. This contract also includes arterial concrete pavement repair work on Hover Street, RTD Bus Stop Improvements along Ken Pratt Boulevard near the Twin Peaks Mall Entrance and construction of neckdowns and median islands at various locations throughout the City.
