IFB-423003 - 2023 Asphalt Rehabilitation Projects

Scope: The work performed under this Contract includes the rehabilitation of existing asphalt streets. This work includes, but is not limited to, patching of pavement failures, asphalt pavement material leveling course, cold milling, installation of pavement fabric, asphalt paving material overlays, pavement markings, minor subgrade treatment/processing and surface/subsurface utility adjustments. The work also includes limited pavement crack sealing in parking lot areas. Work is to be completed on those streets listed in Appendix A and/or as directed by the Project Manager. The Contractor will supply all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the work in accordance with these specifications. The total quantities and type of work estimated in the Bid Schedule is representative of the estimated quantities; however, these quantities may be revised by the City to represent actual field conditions at the time of construction.

Minimum Qualifications: In addition to submitting a list of contract(s) on hand, the Contractor shall have completed at least 3 projects of similar magnitude and scope in the last three (3) years. Utilize ATTACHMENT B to document and submit these projects.
