Description

The City of Longmont and Longmont Power & Communication (LPC) are seeking proposals from qualified contractors to provide after-hours call center services to respond to calls from the general public. There are approximately 40,000 electric customers in Longmont with LPC fielding between 50 and 150 calls monthly from residents on during standard business days. The City would like to enter into a contract for the purpose of answering calls to LPC during the hours the City is closed: nights, weekends, City holidays, and emergency closures, such as inclement weather.
