Summary of Specifications:
The goal of this project is to provide Advanced Life Support Pre-hospital Emergency Medical Services and ground ambulance transport. This goal will be achieved when customers reliably experience high quality service, unaware of the multiple providers involved, from the point they enter the City EMS system (911 call for service) until they are delivered into the appropriate definitive care system.
