RFQ-VS-17058 - Biological Review Professional Services

The City of Longmont Housing and Community Investment Division is seeking to procure specialized consulting services from one or more firms for the biological review of projects to be funded with CDBG-DR and compliance with HUD regulations and other cross-cutting federal regulations related to biological services. The City, on behalf of the Boulder County CDBG-DR Collaborative ("BCC"), applied for and received federal grant funding for various activities, as listed in the City of Longmont’s CDBG-DR Action Plan. Units of local governments in Boulder County are under subcontract with the City of Longmont and are assisting with implementing these activities/programs that trigger biological resources review under HUD regulations and other cross-cutting federal regulations related to biological resources.
