IFB-VS-17046 - Boiler Replacement at Centennial Pool

Late in 2016, the City of Longmont decommissioned the solar panels at Centennial Pool. Since this time, the facility has been relying on a single boiler that heats both the domestic and swimming pool water. Although this system is adequate during the majority of the year, it is not able to heat the pool water in a timely manner during annual or emergency shut downs. The goal of this project is to separate the domestic and swimming pool water as well as to have a back-up system if one of the boilers fail. Work will primarily be completed during the Annual Closure week of August 19, 2017. Work  must be fully complete by August 25, 2017.
