All bidders will submit drawing(s) with their bids. C-DOT S614 -- 40 -- A pole, to include; 24' base section, anchor bolts with steel template, mast arm mounting provisions and all associated hardware. Mast arm for the S614 -- 40 -- A ; 25’ 30’ 35' 40’ 45’ 50’ 55' Pole top extension for S614 -- 40 -- A poles to achieve a 35' mounting height luminaire arm, will include a 15' luminaries arm. to achieve a 40' mounting height luminaire arm, will include a 15' luminaries arm. C-DOT S614 -- 40 pole, to include; 24' base section, anchor bolts with steel template, mast arm mounting provisions and all associated hardware. Mast arm for the S614 -- 40 ; 60’ 65’ 70’ 75’ Pole top extension S614 -- 40 poles to achieve a 35' mounting height luminaries arm, will include a 15' luminaire arm. to achieve a 40' mounting height luminaries arm, will include a 15' luminaire arm. Bidders need to provide N.P.S. drawings and written documentation that these drawings are approved by C-DOT for bids to be considered.
