IFB-TK-8030 IMPROVEMENTS TO MILL AND OLIGARCH DITCH - CHANNEL IMPROVEMENTS TO MILL DITCH & OLIGARCHY DITCH DROP STRUCTUR

Summary of Specifications:
This bid consists of two separate projects. The projects are “Channel Improvements to Mill Ditch” and “Oligarchy Ditch Drop Structure Replacement”. The Channel Improvements to Mill Ditch consists of removing the existing unreinforced concrete channel lining, building a reinforced concrete rectangular channel section, installing transition structures at the Airport Road and Columbia Drive crossings, installing handrails and fences along the transition structure headwalls, and installing a slide gate and diversion pipe from the Airport Road transition structure south to an existing storm sewer manhole. This project also involves the restoration of any sidewalks, fences or landscaping disturbed by construction. The Oligarchy Ditch Drop Structure Replacement consists of removing the existing straight wingwalls, removing a portion of the existing concrete drop structure, installing a formed reinforced concrete drop structure and installing riprap bank protection. This project also involves the restoration of any sidewalks, fences or landscaping disturbed by construction.
