RFQ-PJ-8914 - Canon IR 6570 copier

Important Note to Vendors:
Vendors will quote one price for the copier with the following items included in the price: universal send kit, duplexing automatic document feeder, T1 finisher, delivery and installation and unlimited training based on the department's needs. 

Vendors will supply us with their warranty information upon request, prior to an order being placed. General Liability & Auto Liability Insurance certificates will be needed from the awarded vendor. 

Maintenance on the copier shall include all repair and supplies except paper. A four (4) hour response time is expected on all maintenance calls. Maintenance shall be priced as a per copy cost for year one. If increases to the maintenance are necessary, the vendor shall show the increases for following years in their response. 

The City is expecting that the awarded vendor will take away the old copier and dispose of it properly.
