Responses must be submitted online through the Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing System. The City will not accept hardcopy proposals or proposals submitted by any other means.

Offerors that do not successfully upload and submit all required documents by the due date and time will not be considered for award. It is recommended that offerors allow ample time to upload and submit documents and confirm that the submission was successful. Bid submissions will be time-stamped by the Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing System upon receipt. The City is not obligated to accept bids from offerors that fail to upload and submit documents on time for any reason.
