Description

This RFP will cover miscellaneous projects in which design consultants will need to provide full service architectural, engineering and technical services, and/or landscape design for projects varying in size and scope. The Architect/Engineer shall provide all management, labor, equipment and materials necessary to perform the requested services.

Additional projects that may be required by the City may include: feasibility studies, program development studies, master planning services, and other technical studies of existing and new buildings and/or parks or Open Space properties.
