Mandatory Pre-Proposal Conference: Offeror attendance at the pre-proposal conference is mandatory. Offerors must be on time to the mandatory pre-proposal conference. Offerors will not be allowed to sign in to the meeting once we start discussing the scope of work.

Scope: The City’s Colorado Discharge Permit Number was renewed in August 2018 setting new discharge limits for total inorganic nitrogen (TIN) and total phosphorus (TP). The City must complete WWTF improvements necessary to meet the new permit limits by June 30, 2024. The purpose of the Nutrient Removal Planning Study is to provide a roadmap for the City to meet the current compliance schedule, while strategically positioning the WWTF to meet future regulatory requirements related to nutrients.
