Summary of Specifications:
The City of Longmont Parks Operations Division is soliciting bids to provide restroom custodial services throughout the City parks system for the 2012 summer season. Summer season is May 1, 2012 through October 15, 2012. The Parks system includes 54 restrooms in 31 parks/athletic facilities. The successful bidder will be required to provide daily services, to include weekends and holidays.
