IFB-PJ-8017 - DAWSON & PRATT PARK IMPROVEMENTS

Summary of Specifications:
The City of Longmont Parks, Open Space and Public Facilities Division is seeking the services of a qualified General Contractor to provide construction services for the complete removal and replacement of the public restroom located in Dawson Park, the complete removal and replacement of the picnic shelter in Dawson Park and the installation of a new picnic shelter in Pratt Park. Dawson Park is located at 1757 Harvard Street, Longmont Colorado with Pratt Park located at Baylor and Ithaca Streets in Longmont. Complete plan sets for all three phases of this project will be provided by the City of Longmont. Geotechnical information has been performed by Terracon of Longmont and soils reports relative to the project construction sites will be provided to prospective bidders on this project. Stamped sets of the construction drawings have been submitted to the City of Longmont Building Inspection Department for review prior to sending out plan sets for bidding purposes.
