RFP-TK-20014 - DESIGN SERVICES FOR STATE HIGHWAY 66 IMPROVEMENTS (HOVER STREET TO US 287)

The City of Longmont is seeking a qualified Consultant to provide engineering design services for roadway improvements to State Highway 66. The Consultant shall perform or supply all necessary services as specified in this document and assist the City with meeting the federal requirements on this Local Agency project. Consultant services may include, but is not limited to: data gathering and field investigation (e.g. surveying, utility locating & potholing, etc.); collecting traffic data/counts, analysis and updating current reports; designing all elements for the proposed improvements (initial and final design); preparing construction plans, specifications and bid documents; environmental clearance; utility coordination and clearance; right-of-way plan preparation (if needed) and clearance; public engagement; cost estimating; and overall project management.
