RFP-PJ-9514 - DESIGN SERVICES ST. VRAIN GREENWAY, PHASE 9 and 10

Summary of Specifications:
The St. Vrain Greenway within Longmont is an approximately 9-1/2 mile corridor between N. 75th Street and Weld County Road 7. Phase 9, a phase of this corridor development plan, will include creation of two trailheads along the trail route: one at 119th Street north of the St. Vrain creek, and one on the eastern side of County Line Road 1 at Quicksilver Road. The Phase 9 project is limited to these areas and will also include trail connections to the main greenway trail and a small area of landscaping and irrigation in the vicinity of these areas. The 119th Street trailhead will require a pedestrian bridge to connect to the existing trail system. Each trailhead will include parking, an access drive from the adjacent roadway, a restroom facility, picnic shelter, site furnishings, signage, landscaping and irrigation. The 119th Street trailhead will include a kayak course take out area at the river bank. Phase 10 will include enhancements to the existing trail corridor from Lefthand Creek to Sandstone Ranch. Enhancements include additional landscaping, irrigation, signage and site furnishings.
