SOQ-MD-20007 - Design-Build Svcs - Nelson-Flanders Water Treatment Plant Expansion Project

The City is expanding the 30 million gallon per day (MGD) Nelson-Flanders Potable Water Treatment Plant.  A progressive Design-Build (DB) method will be used for design and construction of this project.

Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) submitted in response to this request will be reviewed and evaluated. The three (3) DB teams with the highest scores from the SOQ selection process will be invited to prepare and submit a proposal in response to an RFP for DB services.

Proposers must submit a “Bid Intent” on the Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing System prior to March 23, 2020 at 5:00 p.m. in order to receive pertinent sections of the 2013 Integrated Treated Water Supply Master Plan (ITWSMP) and the 2019 Nelson-Flanders Expansion Planning Study (Basis of Design Reports). Once the City receives your Bid Intent, you will be emailed a File Release form that must be signed and returned prior to the documents being made available to you.
