The City is requesting proposals from firms for an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) to be offered to approximately 1400 employees, including 900 full time employees. The City offers EAP services to their part-time and temporary employees, averaging 500 individuals but varying throughout the year. The EAP will include providing confidential counseling, assessment and referral for individuals who may have psychological, marital, family, financial, legal, substance-abuse, or other personal problems.
