A MANDATORY PRE-BID MEETING AND OPTIONAL SITE WALK will be held at:

City of Longmont Civic Center, City Council Chambers, 350 Kimbark Street, Longmont, Colorado, 80501 on June 16, 2017 at 2:00 pm MT; the site walk will occur immediately following. Bids will only be accepted from bidders that attend and sign-in to the Mandatory Pre-bid Meeting.

The Scope of Work includes installing a new entrance gate, a fishing structure adjacent to the river that complies with Americans with Disability Act (ADA) accessibility guidelines, and an ADA-accessible pedestrian trail that connects the gate and fishing structure. The entrance gate shall include both a vehicular gate and a pedestrian gate (chicane).
