Description

The goal of this project is to obtain a minimum of two (2) 10 gigabit (Gb) circuits. Protection for each circuit is optional and not required. One of these circuits shall be a 10Gb IP transport (DIA), the other shall be a 10Gb wave. The target turn-up date is no later than July 1, 2017, but can be installed and made available for use any time prior to this date. Both circuits must have a physical path that goes north from Longmont, continuing north into Wyoming. Neither circuit shall go through or otherwise rely upon Denver or the greater Denver metro area.

Responses must be submitted online through the Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing System.

Offerors that do not successfully upload and submit all required documents by the due date and time will not be considered for award. It is recommended that offerors allow ample time to upload and submit documents and confirm that the submission was successful. Bid submissions will be time-stamped by the Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing System upon receipt. The City is not obligated to accept proposals from offerors that fail to upload and submit documents on time for any reason.
