Summary of Specifications:
The work to be performed under this contract includes grading, finish grading, and soil preparation; storm drainage, subdrainage, pipe flow fill and pipe removal, trenching and backfilling; erosion and sediment control; concrete flatwork, drilled caissons, and concrete piers; aggregate surfacing; drystack rock walls and riprap; hot mix asphalt pavement and concrete wheel stops; pavement markings; custom fabricated steel viewing deck, pergola, and bird blind; playground equipment and surfacing; site furnishings, wood fencing, signs; irrigation system; trees, shrubs, seeding, mulching, and hydromulching; and weed management. 

The location of work to be completed under this contract is north of 17th Avenue and west of Weld County Road 1 in the City of Longmont, Boulder County.
