Summary of Specifications:
The Kensington Neighborhood Park Redevelopment Project is located between 9th Avenue and Rothrock Place within the City Limits of Longmont. Complete details of the work are shown on the Drawings and in the Technical Specifications. Work includes: a) demolition of concrete walks, one basketball court and lawn areas; b) modifications to the existing irrigation system; and c) installation of irrigation system variable frequency device, concrete post-tensioned courts, concrete walkways, stained and engraved concrete labyrinth, site furnishings, fencing, sports equipment and landscaping. This project also includes clearing and grubbing, and earthwork.
