Description

The City of Longmont (“City”) operates a Housing Rehabilitation Program for eligible local residents funded under the Community Development Block Grant Program (CDBG). The purpose of the program is to assist low and moderate income property owners in making needed repairs to their homes. Work required under this Request for includes conducting lead-based paint risk assessments and asbestos assessments. The City requests quotes for a certified/licensed lead-based paint and Colorado-certified asbestos building inspector to conduct risk assessments.
