Summary of Specifications:
The City of Longmont is seeking proposals from qualified consultants or business partners to review our current configuration, develop and upgrade following IBM’s best practices for upgrading Lotus Notes; perform the upgrade; and implementation from Lotus Notes 6.5.4 to a compatible version of Lotus Notes. The City would like to initiate this project in early Q1 of 2008 with a completion date in early Q2 2008 (90 days). The City would like to partner with a consultant that can provide hands on training and documentation to the existing IT staff as part of this upgrade process.
