Summary of Specifications:
The work to be performed under this contract includes the removal of asphalt and concrete pavement; removal of buildings and debris; tree removal; excavation and embankment of subgrades; installation of asphalt paving; concrete flatwork; construction of bridge over the St. Vrain River; installation of concrete box culvert on Spring Gulch drainage way; traffic signal installation; earthwork and other related work. The Contractor shall supply all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the work in conformity to the Plans and Specifications.
