Summary of Specifications:
The City of Longmont intends to contract for the removal and disposal of 55 flood damaged mobile home units in the Royal Mobile Home Park, located at 10 Prince Street in Longmont, Colorado. There a number of mobile homes included in the initial phase of the work. The remaining homes will be removed in stages and the City’s Project Manager will coordinate with the awarded Contractor to schedule the work This contract shall also encompass additional similar work at other locations which may be needed in the future. The City shall request bids from the awarded Contractor for additional on-site demolition and haul off, or transport and disposal of mobile homes, as needed.
