Additional Bidding Instructions

The City will only accept proposals submitted via Rocky Mountain BidNet. If you have questions or need assistance, contact BidNet support at 800-835-4603. After uploading proposal documents, you must click the SUBMIT button. The City will not accept uploads that are “saved” but not “submitted”. To verify that your proposal was submitted successfully, you may contact BidNet Support or verify via the Bid Management tab in your account that the documents are not in “Draft” status. Draft uploads that have not been submitted will not be accepted.

Late proposals will not be accepted. It is the responsibility of the offeror to ensure that the proposal is received in the City of Longmont’s portal on the BidNet on or before the proposal due date and time. The City shall not accept proposals from offerors that fail to upload and submit documents by the deadline for any reason including force majeure or technical difficulties.
