Bids must be received electronically in the Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing System no later than February 14, 2019, at or before 2:00 pm MT. Bids will be time-stamped by the Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing System upon receipt.

The City will only accept bids submitted in the Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing System and will not accept hardcopy bids, or bids submitted by any other means.
