Description

The City is seeking landscaping contractors to handle a range of landscape services on an on-call, as-needed basis. Most of the landscape services will be maintenance of existing parks, trails, right-of ways, municipal buildings, naturalized areas, and/or reservoirs. The City intends to award to multiple contractors for this as-needed work. It is critical that the awarded contractors be able to provide the on-call work at a level consistent with large-scale municipal work and standards. The Longmont Housing Authority (LHA) may request work. As LHA receives federal funds, the City requests pricing both with and without Livable Wage.
