RFP-PJ-0501 - Pest Control Services

Summary of Specifications:
The City is seeking Pest Control Contractors to handle a wide range of pest control services. Included in this RFP are: 1. the unanticipated requests, both emergency and non-emergency; 2. a monthly service contract for Golf Services; 3. a monthly service contract at the Recreation Center; 4. a monthly service for the Museum; and 5. a bimonthly service contract for the Museum Collections Storage Facility. The City intends to award to multiple Contractors based on various specialties – mammals, insects, reptiles, and birds. These contractors will be responsible for the professional quality, technical accuracy, and the coordination of all services provided. Firms may be chosen for award in more than one specialty. The awarded Pest Control Contractors shall comply with all the applicable provisions of the Local, State and Federal laws including required Professional Certifications.
