IFB-VS-15029 - Residential Rehabilitation 2844 Troxell Avenue

Summary of Specifications:
The scope of this project will include repairing items damaged by the 2013 flood; bringing the home into compliance with local codes, Housing Quality Standards (HQS) guidelines; meeting energy efficiency requirements; as well as other work as needed, both interior and exterior, to mitigate against future floods. Work to be performed includes (but may not be limited to) windows, landscape work, basement work, painting, insulation, radon mitigation, minor drywall, and other components. A detailed list of work to be performed for this project is included in the attached Bid Schedule.
