Summary of Specifications:
Contractor shall perform rehabilitation work on a private residence. The scope of this project will include bringing the home into compliance with local codes, Housing Quality Standards (HQS) guidelines; meeting energy efficiency requirements; as well as other work as needed, both interior and exterior in areas impacted by the new Rehabilitation work. Work to be performed includes, but is not limited to, installation of new windows, painting, minor drywall, replacing flooring, and other components. A detailed list of work to be performed for this project is included in the Section III, Scope of Work.
