The City of Longmont seeks quotes for residential rehabilitation work at 920 Venice Street, Longmont, Colorado, 80501. Work includes general rehabilitation work on a private residence as described in the attached documents. The City Department issuing the Work is the City of Longmont, Community Services Department, Housing and Community Investment Division. This department shall appoint a prime project contact representative (City Representative, Project Manager, or Project Inspector,) to observe, inspect, and oversee the Work on behalf of the Homeowner and to maintain and administer the contract.
