RFP-424030 - Resilient St. Vrain Project: Hover Road Reach Engineering Services

Scope: The City of Longmont is pursuing Requests for Proposals (RFPs) for professional engineering services for the RSVP Hover Road Reach. Proposals from interested firms are being accepted for the Project, which will require the scope of services to be performed by a qualified professional engineering firm or firms. The selected Consultant will provide engineering services entailing planning, permitting, engineering evaluations, studies, reports, preliminary and final engineering design, bid phase services and construction administration services for the Project.

Minimum Qualifications: The City of Longmont is seeking qualified consultants with applicable experience comparable to the Scope of Work, as outlined in Section II. The City will only consider proposals from consultants who:

• • Are in good standing and not debarred from State and Federal programs as outlined in the Grant (status will be verified via sam.gov),
  • Are pre-qualified with the Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) in the areas of Bridge Design and Geotechnical Engineering,
  • Have at least 5 years of experience providing design services similar in scope and complexity to the Scope of Work outlined in Section II,
  • Are assigning a Project Manager to this project who is a Professional Engineer currently licensed in the State of Colorado and has at least 10 years of related experience.
