Summary of Specifications:
Over the past several years the City of Longmont has spent over $20,000 in repairing bat, flicker and woodpecker damage at the Longmont Recreation Center and Centennial Pool. The City is looking for ways to enhance the stucco on these facilities to eliminate the potential for future damage. The City has no preferred way of repairing the stucco, thus the Request for Proposals (RFP) being issued. We encourage various stucco companies to respond to this RFP and explain their process of installing/repair and the benefits to using their specific product.
