Summary of Specifications:
This project includes demolishing existing features of the drainage system and installing approximately 570 LF of 24” RCP, Class III storm sewer pipe, manholes, bedding, backfill, topsoil, and seeding along with a new fence at the Niwot Ditch located south of the City of Longmont Service Center. The existing ditch construction in this area is 24” buried pipe in the park west of South Sherman, then 570 LF of open channel east of South Sherman and finally back to 24” buried pipe. This project will eliminate the open channel portion of the ditch and connect the two 24” buried pipe sections.
