RFI-VS-21104 - Special Election Services

The intent of this RFI is to collect and aggregate general information related to the cost, process, methodology and availability of third-party election administration providers to coordinate and conduct a special election in 2022 for the City of Longmont.

The City of Longmont is preparing for the possible need to hold a special election in 2022. Historically, the City coordinates elections with the County but due to the expected implementation of redistricting, the County is not able to provide election coordination services until November 2022. The City will use the information gathered to guide decision-making with regard to the scheduling of a special election, if in fact one is needed.
