IFB-PJ-9009 - St. Vrain Greenway, Phases 7B and 8

Summary of Specifications:
The work to be performed under this contract includes the construction of a greenway trail, including underpass and pedestrian bridge. Other work include grading, concrete flatwork, crusher fines trail, asphalt paving, slope reinforcement, retaining walls, underpass lighting, electrical, lift station, concrete curb, site furnishings, fencing, signage, storm water piping, and landscaping. The Contractor shall supply all labor, materials and equipment necessary to complete the work in accordance with the contract plans and specifications.
