Description

The objective of this request for Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) is for the City of Longmont (City) to prequalify General Contractors to bid on construction services to complete the scope of work as will be detailed in the upcoming drawings.

The City anticipates drawings will be completed in December 2024. After the drawings have been completed, the City will issue an invitation for bids to the General Contractors who are prequalified as a result of this SOQ. The complete project manual will be available at the time that the invitation for bids is advertised. The City intends to advertise the invitation for bids in January 2025.

Additional Bidding Instructions

The City will only accept submittals in the Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing System (RMEPS). The City will not accept late submittals for any reason, including force majeure events and technical difficulties. It is the respondent’s responsibility to submit the response in RMEPS prior to the Submittal Due Date and Time. Respondents who do not successfully submit a response by the Submittal Due Date and Time will not be eligible for evaluation.

Submittal file sizes cannot exceed 2 GB. Submittals should be clear, concise, and specific to the needs and conditions of this SOQ. Respondents should direct questions regarding appropriate submittal material to the Procurement Specialist.

SOQ submission will include:
• One Original version of submittal, saved as a single .pdf file.
• If desired: One Public Viewing version of the submittal identified “FOR PUBLIC VIEWING”, in accordance with the procedure in Section IV.L of this SOQ, saved as a single .pdf file.

Submittals that are at a variance with these submission requirements may not be accepted.
