RFP-PJ-9513 - Sunset Pool Bathhouse Design

Summary of Specifications:
The City of Longmont is seeking proposals from qualified Architectural firms for the design of a new batthouse at Sunset Pool at 1900 Longs Peak Avenue. The existing bathhouse will be demolished and a new bathhouse constructed in a convenient and cost effective location to work cohesively within the existing pool area. The new location should be where patrons have quick and easy access to toilet facilities and will consist of male, female and family locker/shower rooms, a staff area, efficient entrance way, classroom/birthday party room, an office for management, staff area, an area to sell a large variety of concession food and paraphernalia, and a storage room. The new bathhouse is estimated to be approximately 4,500 sq feet in size. The architect will be responsible for design, providing blue prints and specifications for the construction bid documents, providing construction cost estimates and construction oversight.
