Summary of Specifications:
This project includes all material, equipment, labor, and related items necessary to renovate an existing masonry building and construct two (2) building additions for use as a fire station. Total building area is approximately 15,000 S.F. Although we are not pursuing LEED certification, the project was designed following LEED guidelines and will include commissioning of the systems. Project includes related site paving and landscaping, as well as off-site utility piping and paving work in the adjacent alley.
