Summary of Specifications:
1. Develop a process and assist in evaluating our total compensation package including base pay, premium pay, core benefits and non-core benefits. 2. Design a process and assist in establishing a strong benefits philosophy that will guide us in making decisions regarding benefits programs now and in the future. 3. Design a process to seek and utilize input from employees regarding pay and benefits while balancing/managing employee expectations with the needs of the organization and its ability to meet the expectations of its customers. 4. Evaluate our pay for performance system and determine its effectiveness in meeting the core values of our current performance appraisal system, which includes quarterly conversations between supervisor/employee, partnership, shared responsibility for setting goals and expectations.
