IFB-MD-15027-F- - Trunk 3 Sanitary Relocation/12” Waterline

Summary of Specifications:
The work includes the replacement of approximately 2,200 lineal feet of Trunk 3 sanitary sewer line from the Main Street bridge to Sewer Interceptor F and one new sanitary sewer service to 99 South Main Street. Work includes clearing and grubbing (debris removal), pavement removal, curb and gutter removal, new 18-inch sewer and manholes, connection to existing sewer lines, fencing, trail replacement, erosion control, and seeding the disturbed areas. The Contractor shall supply all labor, materials and equipment necessary to complete the work in accordance with the contract plans and specifications. The work also includes installation of a 12-inch water line across Main Street and connection to the existing 12-inch water line on the east side of Main Street.
