Summary of Specifications:
The City of Longmont would like to outsource all or some of the printing, inserting and mailing of the utility bills and newsletter. The City will either award this contract by line item or as a turnkey solution, whichever the City deems most advantageous. The City would like to award this process by the end of February as we need the solution for the April bills, the first set of which is scheduled to be mailed on April 1, 2014.
