Summary of Specifications:
SCOPE: The project consists of remodel to Buildings 2, 3 and 5 of the City Service Center, an elevator addition to Buildings 2, and an exit stair enclosure to Building 5. Remodeling includes both interior and exterior work, as well as revisions to HVAC, plumbing, electrical, alarm, and fire protection systems. Vehicle maintenance equipment is required. Site work includes repair of pavements disturbed by construction, and removal/replacement of pavements in poor condition. A new curb cut on S. Bowen Street requires new pavement, landscape repair, and modifications to the existing site security fence.
