Summary of Specifications:
The City is soliciting proposals from qualified consulting firms to assess the vulnerability of our water and wastewater systems to potential attack. Both the water and wastewater systems should be analyzed overall to identify critical assets in the system. Once these critical assets are identified, recommendations listing strengths and weakness as well as cost estimate for physical repairs to the system should be made in the report.
