Summary of Specifications:
Base Bid Schedule A: Work for this contract consists of furnishing, delivering, constructing, installing, and testing the rehabilitation of the City’s Wastewater Equalization Basin located at the City of Longmont Wastewater Treatment Plant. Work on EQ Basin takes priority over all other Work and must be completed within a two (2) week timeframe. . Add Alternate 1 Schedule B: Work for this contract consists of furnishing, delivering, constructing, installing, and testing the rehabilitation of the City’s Digester No. 2, effluent box outside thickener #1, effluent box outside thickener #2, and sump outside thickener #2 located at the City of Longmont Wastewater Treatment Plant. Work also includes demolition and replacement of piping, fittings, nozzles, and other accessories within Digester No. 2. . Add Alternate 2 Schedule C: Work for this contract consists of furnishing, delivering, constructing, installing, and testing the rehabilitation of the City’s sludge control building sump pit located at the City of Longmont Wastewater Treatment Plant. . Add Alternate 3 Schedule D: Work for this contract consists of furnishing, delivering, constructing, installing, and testing the rehabilitation of the City’s thickener #1 and #2 overflow boxes located at the City of Longmont Wastewater Treatment Plant. . BID CONDITION: The Contractor must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in performing work similar to that detailed in the drawings and specifications. The Contractor must submit evidence that they meet these requirements in their bid submittal. Any Contractor that fails to comply with this requirement could be considered non-responsive.
