RFP‐MD‐21049 - Wastewater Treatment Plant Process Air Blower Efficiency Improvements

The City of Longmont was awarded a grant to assist with designing, procuring, and installing two (2) new high efficiency blowers at the Wastewater Treatment Plant, solar PV panels on the newly constructed maintenance building, and battery storage to capture and offset peak loads/demands.  This RFP is to select the most qualified firm/team to assist the City fulfill the new high efficiency blower portion of the DOLA grant. This may include, but not be limited to, evaluating high efficiency blower alternatives, quantifying energy savings for applicable solutions, designing improvements necessary to retrofit the current aeration system with high efficiency blowers, developing technical equipment specifications, and providing office services during construction (i.e. submittal review, RFI response, etc.).
