Summary of Specifications:
Louisville’s Library needs more space for meetings and classes. To meet these needs a new meeting and project room has been designed for the northwest corner of the second floor. Drawings and specifications are included in the bid package.  Scope of work includes the following: • Construction and tenant finish as per the drawings and specifications • Construction activities will be scheduled to minimize disruption to the public and staff. The Library does not open until 10 AM and it is expected that activities with a high level of noise will be scheduled before opening. • Liquidated damages will apply to the completion schedule.
